I could be well off the mark here, but I think it is Edgbaston Cricket Ground. The clock is very very similar, if not the same. How sad am I? I have put a magnifying glass to the pictures ! It also says on google Edgbaston is undergoing construction which started in Jan 2010. I can sort of make out a sign that says Drink Heineken if that helps
