Just went to order FurReal characters as they're 3 for 2 online at £14.99 each, total charged to card £14.99.
The system is currently adding the promotional discount to the order twice automatically, so it's buy 1 get 2 free on anything on the 3 for 2 promotion (i played around to check).
Don't know how long it will be until they pick this up (or if it's already been posted) but my card has been charged and order still showing so hoping i get it.

Surely the worst they could do would be to decline the order?
They add the promotional codes automatically, not us, so it's their error, and i only authorised the payment that was stated so i'd be gunning for them if they made a second request without consent.0 -
have also noticed if your total original order is over £35 delivery is free even if the total order amount is less after the discounts.0
