Hello i created a thread on here a few days asking for help finding a cheap holiday to Fuerteventura and i found a website (https://www.sunmaster.co.uk) and its coming out alot cheaper than anywhere else for 2 adults 7 nights flying out 3rd sept coming back 10th sept is coming out at £492 which i think is incredibly good....
Just wondering if anyone has ever used them before??
If so could you please please tell me about your experiences with them??
Or if anyone knows anything about them i would appreciate your comments.

It is a good price. I've never travelled myself with them, but I think a few people here may have, I know I've seen the name crop up a few times on this forum.
A few pointers, they are not a package holiday operator like thomson/First Choice etc... they are just a travel agent, so will book you the flight, and then book you the hotel. So there arem't any transfers included, and there will be no reps at the hotel. (no big deal for most travellers!). its no different than if you booked the flight with the airline, and then the hotel either direct or through a hotel site. Just that Sunmaster are doing it for you.
They are ATOL protected which is a big bonus, a lot of DIY trips aren't.
It may be that being a travel agents they are able to offer good discounts on the flights or accomodation, or both, you may be getting a good discount for booking both through them.0 -

As long as them as a company are ok to deal with then that will be great because we are going with family who go to the caleta gardens every year so we know we will have no problems with accomodation and transfers are fine because my partners family say they get a taxi from the airport very cheap when you get there.
So the main thing i need to know is that they dont add extra charges on etc and dont mess about with tickests etc.
Thanks...0 -

Are you sure they are ABTA? I can't find any reference to it on the sunmaster website, its not the kind of thing they would miss off their site? Also checked the ABTA site and no listings for companies trading as Sunmaster.
That said, it wouldn't stop me booking with them. ATOL is far more important, although that is just my personal view.0 -
thanks ever so much for the responses
I am feeling alot better now about all of this...:T0
