1. You must be over 18 years of age to enter.
2. Employees of International Property Solutions or Balwin Properties or members of their immediate family, agents or any other person who is connected with the administration of this competition are not permitted to enter.
3. Proof of age to play is required. By entering this competition you confirm you are over 18 years of age.
4. Entries for the competition will close on 30 November 2008 at midnight.
5. 5 Semi finalists will be drawn on 2ND December 2008 and notified accordingly. The final winner will then be drawn from those semi-finalists. Both draws will be audited by Nam-Ford Attorneys. If the winner lives outside South Africa, they will be flown to South Africa for the final draw at Balwin Properties expense.
6. Each entry is only valid if a valid email address and cell phone number are provided.
7. The winner of the competition will be drawn when the 1st phase of the development has been occupied.
8. You will not be deemed to have entered until we have confirmed your entry.
9. The prize to the competition is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom garden townhouse (Unit 97 Kalgaro). The townhouse will be fully furnished with a landscaped garden.
10. Title will pass to the competition winner as soon as is reasonably possible after the draw.
11. Any person to buy and take transfer in the Kalgaro development will be credited with 50 entries into the competition.
12. Any person who purchasers any property from Balwin Properties between the start and end of the competition will be credited with 20 entries into the competition.
13. Any person who enters and attends the launch will be credited with 20 entries into the competition.
14. Any person who enters completes a marketing questionnaire will be credited with 10 entries.
15. The winner will be notified by the company and the prize will be a property as described in the competition.
16. At the time of winning the prize the property will be free of any mortgage or legal charge.
17. The successful party will be notified by telephone/email within 10 days of the determination of the winner.
18. The dates shall be as follows:
19. Begin Immediately
20. 30th November 2008 – closes at midnight
21. 2nd December 2008 – audited draw by Namford Attorneys
22. 11th December 2008 – Give it away at Kalgaro
23. This competition is governed by South African Law. Any matters relating to the competition will be resolved under South African Law, and the Court of South Africa have exclusive jurisdiction.
24. By accepting these terms and conditions, the entrant is confirming that they are not breaching any laws in their country of residence regarding the legality.
25. The Company will not be held responsible for any entrant entering any competition unlawfully.
26. All decisions of the judging panel will be final and binding on the competitors and no correspondence will be entered into. All competitors are entered into our database for the purposes on conveying information as to the status of their competition, as well as future promotions, competitions, or deals, offered by International Property Solutions and Balwin Properties.
27. Any personal data that you supply to the company will be only used by the operators of the competition.
28. At any point during the competition, the promoter may add or remove prizes.
29. Should the winner not wish to take delivery of the property offered, the property will be offered to the person drawn next.
30. Acceptance of the prize by the winner gives the promoter the right to use their name, personal photograph, and home country for promotional purposes, both immediately after the win and in the future, unless prohibited by law.
31. The promoter reserves the right to cancel any competition, for any reason, before the designated closing date. The promoter also reserves the right at its sole discretion to extend the closing date on any time-limited competition.
32. Data Protection Notice: Any personal data that you supply to the promoter or authorise the promoter to obtain from a third party, will be used by the promoter (i) to administer the competition; and (ii) (unless you tell us that you prefer not to receive direct marketing) to contact you about other competitions or about other goods and services which the promoter considers may be of interest to you.
33. Additional conditions may be added at any given time.
