Yes if marketing is done through cashback sites : Here is a search example, putting in other specific terms may give other results.

Just found out about cash back sites.
In fact Scottish Power have just just paid Quidcofrom when I changed to them from EDF, haven't received the money into my account yet.
But how regularly can I change energy supplier and still get cash back. It's your money. Except if it's the governments.0 -

These have no exit penalties so are great for constant switchers especially with 70.00 + Cashback switching rates.
E.ON - Track and Save 2
British Gas - Standard Tariff (Cashback sometimes hits 60.00 +)
Scottish Power - Online Energy ( No standing charge I go for)0 -

So having just changed to Scottish Power, maybe 2 months ago, you think I could NOW change to British Gas and get their cashback and in 2 months time change back to Scottish Power etc ad infinitum????????????It's your money. Except if it's the governments.0 -

Yes, but being as BG are currently only paying max 40/41.00 for a dual fuel switch personally as a lowish user I believe its better to switch between E.ON and SP, I have been applying to switch as soon as the Cashback becomes confirmed/validated, all switches go through so theirs no apparent benefit waiting for 2 months before applying to switch again. E.ON tend to write to me saying the DD will be 150.00 a month when it should be maximum 40.00 a month, so I say stuff that, cancel the DD and apply to switch.
E.ON are currently paying 80.00 for a dual fuel switch via Quidco, which TCB will match and pay up to 10% more depending on prev months transactions, Cashback Kings and Rpoints will also match the E.ON/Quidco 80.00 rate upon a HCP claim after its tracked, best to vary the CB sites used IMO. :cool:0 -
Is Scottish Power Manweb in disguise??????????
Manweb have just taken my gas DD.It's your money. Except if it's the governments.0 -

I just sent you a pm. I thought I would put on here just in case you are like me and never check your pms.RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

Hi,
I think I read somewhere on here that EON have a sting in the tail with a higher bill when you switch away from them - but before I take the plunge with Scottish Power please does anyone know of any catches with Scottish Power - are there any exit fees or similar with them?
Many thanks in advance.0
