2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and resident in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.
3. Employees of Stonyfield UK Limited or any company within its group of companies, Clownfish Marketing Limited and its subsidiary companies, their respective agents and families are excluded from participating in these prize draws.
4. There will be six prize draws in total (3 family getaway draws and 3 romantic getaway draws). Each draw will take place on the last day of each of 6 consecutive months commencing on 31 July 2007. The first draw will be in respect of a family getaway, the second will be in respect of a romantic getaway and subsequent draws will alternate between family getaway and romantic getaway draws.
5. Entry is strictly limited to one entry per person in respect of the family getaway and one entry per person in respect of the romantic getaway. The entrant will be eligible to participate in each of the appropriate remaining draws following the date of entry. No entrant shall be eligible to win more than one family getaway and one romantic getaway.
6. Entry to the prize draw must be made by completing the entry form online at www.stony.co.uk. The entry form must be completed in full by the entrant at any time between 3 July 2007 and 30 December 2007 in order to be valid. This includes providing full contact details and ticking the appropriate box regarding which free prize draw the entrant wishes to enter.
7. The winners’ names will be drawn by an independent third party agency.
8. Each prize draw winner will be informed within one week of the relevant draw by Stonyfield UK Limited and the winners’ names will be available from the Winners’ List – Eco Getaways Free Prize Draw online at www.stony.co.uk.
9. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed to be permission by the winner to take part in publicity photographs and interviews and for these to be used by Stonyfield UK Limited in any media publication.
10. The prize will consist of the following:
(a) in relation to each family getaway, three nights’ self-catering accommodation for a family of four at Little Edstone Farm, Pickering, North Yorkshire based on two adults and two children;
(b) in relation to each romantic getaway, two nights’ accommodation (twin or double) at Penrhos Court, Kingston, Herefordshire, with a cake baked for arrival with tea, four course dinner each night and a healthy breakfast each morning.
11. Stonyfield UK Limited will provide up to £100 per winner in respect of transport costs upon supply by the winner of appropriate receipts.
12. Winners must make their own arrangements to book their getaway direct with the provider and must take the romantic getaway between July 2007 and December 2008 and the family getaway between July 2007 and 15 July 2008 (excluding Bank Holiday weekends).
13. Each getaway is provided to the relevant winner strictly subject to availability. There is no cash alternative to the stated prize.
14. The prize draws will be advertised from July to December 2007 inclusive on the following packs of Stonyfield UK Limited’s products:

• 2 x 4x125g multipacks in respect of the romantic getaway;

• 2 x 6x60g fromage frais in respect of the family getaway.

15. The decision of Stonyfield UK Limited is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
16. The promoter of this offer is Stonyfield UK Limited, a company registered in England under company number 06033967 of PO Box 32266, London W5 5ZF.
17. The Soil Association is a company limited by guarantee registered in England under company number 409726 and a charity registered under charity number 206862 whose registered office is at South Plaza, Marlborough Street, Bristol BS1 3NX.

Your data will be treated in confidence and will not be disclosed to third parties other than those mentioned below However, your personal details (other than financial information) may be shared with any company from time to time forming part of the group of either Stonyfield UK Limited and/or the Soil Association for market research, statistical analysis, and so that you can be contacted with details of special offers and products that may be of interest. Your data may also be disclosed where permitted by law or where you have given your consent. Under the terms of the Data Protection Act you have the right to obtain a copy of the information held about you upon payment of an appropriate fee.
