No !!! Don't go anywhere near it !!! See the following link for more detailed info, but this extract should ensure you get the drift :
Uncooked rice can contain spores of Bacillus cereus, bacteria that can cause food poisoning. When the rice is cooked, the spores can survive. Then, if the rice is left standing at room temperature, the spores will germinate into bacteria. These bacteria will multiply and may produce toxins (poisons) that cause vomiting or diarrhoea. Reheating the rice won't get rid of these toxins.

A lot of the time, people assume it was the meat within the dish that caused their food poisoning, when, actually, it was down to the rice.0 -

Yuck, and to think about all the times I used to leave the rice in the kitchen:o for a day or two (not anymore, it goes in the fridge now)
PS. I've survived the rice, am still alive :jHe who asks is a fool for five minutes, but he who does not ask remains a fool forever.

You may have seen some of my previous posts in which I've said that I would eat basically anything...but I wouldn't eat this rice. Generally, I think that any food that has been left in an ambient environment for that long should not be eaten
