Is the a way to search online for a person or business through a phone number?

    A reverse directory enquiries service? No, not in the UK because it is illegal.

    The best you can do is Google a phone number and it may pick up pages that mention it. This will probably work for business numbers only though.

    You can't even do it with the BT phone disk for the same reason it's illegal.
