I bank online and my bank NatWest is suddenly offering a free security package called Rapport made by a company called Trusteer. They claim that it works with your existing firewall and anti-virus. Does anyone know anything about this or used it already?

Probably will alter the T&C so that if you don't accept it and get defrauded, they can claim your security wasn't 'approved' and refuse to refund you.
Am I just cynical?0 -
Rapport - locks down the connection between your machine and NatWest online banking. It checks our site is genuine, and stops your data going to counterfeit sitesEx forum ambassador

As I run ESET Smart Security do I need it?0

Probably won't hurt, I run it along with my Kaspersky suite without any problems.
It adds itself to the IE and Firefox address bar.
Doe not seem to slow anything down, and you can also set it to check other sites that you enter passwords into.0
