Sorry to bump - some curious and possibly contradictory T&Cs you may like to be aware of

1. The closing date for entries is 31/03/2010
2. Accommodation is provided by Pueblo Evita Holiday Village for 7 nights, subject to availability.
3. Apartments are provided on a self-catering basis based on family size and needs.
4. Participants may use all resort facilities as normal paying guests. All costs and expenses are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. This offer is open to participants aged 30 and above.
6. Accommodation for families is limited to two adults and their respective children only.
7. This offer is not transferable in whole or part and may be used by the recipients only once. All holidays must be taken within 12 months of the date of booking. Arrival dates may be changed but only upon the discretion of Pueblo Evita Holiday Village and subject to availability but not within 28 days of arrival.
8. All health precautions, insurance, passport, visa and entry requirements are the sole responsibility of the travelers for the country visited.
9. There are no booking fees however a valid credit card is required when arriving at the resort for security deposit purposes.
10. Pueblo Evita Holiday Village does not accept liability for any damages, loss, delays, injuries, deaths, accidents or dissatisfaction caused by circumstances out of its control, including force majeure, strikes, local customs, laws, politics or the actions of any other persons not employed by Pueblo Evita Holiday Village
11. Pueblo Evita Holiday Village reserves the right to substitute itineraries (change of resort etc.), where necessary.

By taking part in this Travel Channel Competition or ‘Giveaway’ (as appropriate), entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
Entrants must be at least 18 years old.
Valid entries to be in the English language.
Unless the Competition or Giveaway details clearly state otherwise, only one entry per named individual is permitted; Where an entry is made by email or on this Site, a valid email address must be provided, and only one entry (and one named entrant) per email address is permitted. Where a breach of this requirement occurs, only the first valid entry received by Travel Channel will be considered, and all others deemed invalid.
Unless the Competition or Giveaway details clearly state otherwise, the winner of a Competition is the first valid entry drawn at random which has answered the Competition question correctly, and the winner of a Giveaway is the first valid entry drawn at random. Subsequent or runners-up prizes are awarded to the second valid entry drawn as above, and so on as appropriate.
The judges' decision shall be final in all matters relating to the Competition or Giveaway.
No employee of Travel Channel, the prize provider or their families shall be eligible to enter.
Unless the Competition or Giveaway details clearly state otherwise, there is no cash alternative to any prize.
In the event a prizewinner is unable to take up a prize, 'Travel Channel' reserves the right to award the prize instead to the runner-up.
Winners acknowledge that prizes are normally supplied by third party companies, and that ‘Travel Channel’ has no responsibility for the same. Winners may be required to sign and abide by the relevant prize provider’s terms & conditions and/or booking conditions in order to take up a prize.
Holiday or travel prizes must be taken on, by or between any date(s) specified; All bookings are non-transferable and subject to availability. Holiday prizes may not be all-inclusive.
Travel Channel accepts no responsibility for lost, illegible or unidentified entries; Proof of sending/transmission is not proof of delivery.
Winners agree to their names being published/publicised on this Site and in other media, and may be asked to be involved in other publicity.
Unless stated otherwise, winners will be notified no later than one month after the closing date. For details of winners, send a return-stamped and self-addressed envelope marked with the name of the competition or giveaway to Travel Channel, 64 Newman Street, London W1T 3EF, England.
