cant sign in btinternet email - says invalid email?

have rung bt, will do again if needed, can connect under same mail fine, but when i go to the yahoo mail, it just says invalid email? any ideas? they even changed the password but that wont work either

Well its not the website as I can log in ok.

This happened to my mum! She ended up having to set up a new account, in the interim. It had somehow got 'stuck' according to BT! Only trouble is I can't tell you how they resolved it which is not much use, but they did eventually resolve it. She is away at the moment, otherwise I would ask her!0

spelt 100% right, all in lowercase, internet works totally fine in terms of connecting, just wont login to the yahoo mail, ive never got into my inbox yet!0

ive tried btinternet.com when it redirects, the tab button on the yahoo toolbar that says mail and the bt sign, and login.yahoo.com0

after an hour of customer service, still nothing ! any ideas or hope0

Just a thought. When did you last use it? Its just that yahoo do shut accounts down after a period of time if unused.
If thats fine then can you explain in detail what happens?:idea:0 -
I have had problems because of Internet Explorer 8 beta is experimental and it some how stopped various things working even anti virus I have had to remove it and download Internet Explorer 7 and this resolved the problems.
