Hello everyone. I am kinda new here and am not sure if I can be posting this here. I have been refused a credit card over and over and need a visa card.
Anyhow I found a company in the UK selling Prepaid Visa Cards. See the company here www.reloaded-card.com.
Has anyone else had any experience with prepaid visa cards. They look like a good solution to my problem.

Definitely worth considering but probably as a last resort since it has fees for almost every type of transaction you do with the card and even if you don't use it there's a monthly maintanence fee of £5. You should definitely try for a Capital One before this. Cheers and all the best!I know nothing0

What do you need: Visa card or Credit card? I am not sure, but think it is easier to get visa debit card than credit card.davekalkhorst wrote:I have been refused a credit card over and over and need a visa card.0 -

Whom do you currently bank with here? If a visa card is what you need, check if they'll be able to offer you a debit card - if it is a credit card you're after, then stay with them for 6-9 months. Unless you do something drastically wrong for that period - get loads of returned chqs, leave insufficient funds in the account causing DDs to go unpaid, slap the bank manager for no fault of his, etc - they are reasonably likely to offer you a card. It's always the grass that suffers, irrespective of whether the elephants are fighting or making love !!!0 -
The reloaded card is a visa debit card. It tries hard to make it look like its not but that's what it is.
You should be able to get a visa debit card without having to buy it - most current accounts will offer one (or an equivalent debit card). If your credit problems are more serious and you cannot get approved for a current account then maybe you should be seeking specialist help?
The other questions would be why do have to have a visa card, have you checked your credit files yourself and are you doing anything to impove your standing?0
