I got the following error:
Server Error in '/' Application.
Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.Forms_Submissions_Fields'.'PK_Forms_Submissions_Fields' in database 'plhost' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup.
Unfortunately, I'm getting the same error when I try to email them to let them know they've run out of space
