That isn't the Picton library; it's the one in the City Centre. The Picton library is located on Wavertree High Street whereas the one in the photo is on William Brown street near the Walker Art Gallery and next to the World museum.0

It is the Picton library (part of Central library) - the one in Wavertree is on Picton Road but is actually called Wavertree Community library.2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89
