answer: cava

We spend millions of pounds of year looking good on the outside but what is going on in the inside? According to a recent poll one in two of us are now thinking about the effects of an indulgent diet on our digestive systems and looking for solutions.
Oro Verde® Organic Nopal is a fine powder ground from the sun-dried pads of the prickly pear cactus grown in the mountains of Mexico. It is a natural whole food, rich in fibre, which when taken daily (three teaspoons in juice or on cereal), gently and effectively smoothes waste through the digestive system, cleansing it on the way

Sorry I'm so new to this and I don't really get how it works properly. Without sounding really sill what does "check your thanks" mean?

Thanks for that, I'll give it a goWhen you log in and look at a thread there is a "Thanks" button at the bottom corner of each post. If you click on this your name is added to the list of thanks for that post and the button disappears.
A lot of people use this to mark which comps they have entered by thanking the first post. If you open a thread and there is no button you know you have already clicked it and entered the competition. If the button is there you know it is a new competition.
This works great unless there is a duplicate post, you could enter the same competition again and possibly disqualify your entry. When a duplicate appears you are often given a link to the original thread so you can tell if you have already entered by checking the thanks button on the original post.
