Be careful when entering. Petchey Travel are a time share Co. I was inundated with calls from them after entering one of their comps. Kept telling me I had won a weeks accommodation ONLY, all I had to do was go to a meeting while I was there to tell me about buying holiday weeks.:mad:

We've stayed at CPO as inlaws stayed there over winter a few times. They rang us whilst we were there to try and sell us time share - actually it's not timeshare but one of those schemes where you have so many points and can holiday where you like now. We went on the thing as they offered us free lunch and they weren't too pushy but the girl (who was new) took so bleeding long, we had to leave to go and rescue inlaws from the children. The final cost was about £10,000 and we said it was way beyond our budget. However, they did ring our room again a few times as they don't seem to have got the message that we'd already been invited and weren't interested. They weren't pushy at all and we didn't feel bad about saying no or felt pressured to sign up.

We actually booked our holiday through Petchey and they have never hassled us once.

Oh and for anyone thinking of entering, Praia Da Oura is two beaches along from where the landslide was last week.

The place itself is very nice, they have a full programme of stuff all year and they are doing a lot of the apartments up to a decent spec. It is not far from "the Strip", but there are some nicer places you can visit and it shouldn't put you off.
