All entries received will be entered into the prize draw to win the following: 1 x 2-night trip to the Hilton Dunkeld House Hotel, Perthshire for up to 2 adults and 2 children sharing a family room on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis. Prize includes one Country Pursuit of the prizewinner's choice on each day. This prizewinner may choose from; clay pigeon shooting, quad-biking, off-road driving, fishing (seasonal) or a selection of spa treatments. Activities available will depend on season, availability, weather conditions and are subject to change.
8. Prize also includes £200 spending money and a travel allowance up to the maximum value of £150. Travel allowance will be paid on provision of proof of purchase and will be subject to the Promoter's final decision on amount to be paid.
9. Prize does not include any travel insurance and must be taken in full by 01.02.10.
10. All elements of prize package are subject to date availability, are weather dependent, subject to change and subject to operator's standard terms of business.
11. Prize is not available on bank holidays or public holidays, excluding Christmas and New Year period, and is subject to availability.
12. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternative prize is available except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
13. One winner will be drawn under independent supervision from all entries received on 07.09.09 and notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to Internet connection issues or systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received. Proof of online entry or postage does not constitute proof of delivery.
15. By entering the promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.
