Withdrawing cash abroad

Options
I remember reading there was only one bank that allowed you to withdraw cah from cashpoints whilst abroad free of charge & was wondering if anyone knew which one it was? Thanks for a truly great site too...

Nationwide - see other threads. However we took our Nationwide cards to Canada this summer expecting to be able to get cash out easily, but none of the atm at the airport (Pearson International)accepted VISA cards for withdrawals - had to be Cirrus/Mastercard. I even asked at the info desk and they said that there were no VISA ATM's on site. We ended up using Nationwide credit card to pay for the taxi and found Visa ATM's in Toronto itself

BTW their debit card is Visa, cashcard is Cirrus. I have two NW accounts with different cards.
