Scotland has a similar idea - called doors open days.
The dates are in September, but locations haven't been posted to the website yet:

The European Heritage Days in Wales are on the following weekends in September, 8/9, 15/16 and 22/23.

sorry to be dense but i can't find a list of properties that are included. I had a lovely day out with my family and nieces last year and would love to arrange another picnic. Love these open days!
