Register to become a Matalan 'Counter Intelligent Agent' (basically mystery shopping). Once registered you will be advised of available time slots and suitable areas. All you have to do, once you have booked a slot, is make a purchase (keep the receipt) and fill in an online questionaire. They will then send you £10 in the post!

i have done this for these before the cash (yes £10 note) arrives within a few days and you can even return whatever you bought

I registered too but never got invited to shop !

I signed up and called the number on their website. Wanted to know why I couldn't link up and select a date to get started. Was curtly told there will be nothing until 2006 ! So what's the point in signing up straight away - not impressed thus far.

I've just registered and received an email to say I'd been accepted. According to the email instructions I went to the site and generated a search to see which stores were requiring visits, unfortunately, even having the whole country as an option did not return any results. Therefore I suspect that there is nothing available at all.

I signed up for this 6 months ago. I've checked every fortnight since, and there's never been any stores available in my area.

I was accepted but cannot seem to get it to log on at all. Waste of my time and details. I also signed up with the Wilkinsons site and that is the same.

I signed up to this more than 6 months ago - but not once have I been asked to do a mystery shop.
Not a good money earner this one.
