Win a Family Holiday Every Day Terms and Conditions:

This promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom (“UK”) and Republic of Ireland (“ROI”) (excluding Channel Islands and Isle of Man) aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required.
Promotion excludes employees and their immediate families of: the Promoter; any agencies involved with the promotion; and anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
Final closing date to enter promotion is 5am on 06/11/09.
How to enter – residents in UK:
Entry is via online only. To enter the promotion, entrants must purchase a promotional 6-pack from the Müller Corner range and visit www.mullerfarmdays.co.uk and follow the instructions. Participants will be required to enter the flavour of their Müller Corner and the date code from their Müller Corner pot. The date code can be found printed on the lid of any one of the Müller Corner individual pots found in a promotional 6-pack of Müller Corner.

How to alternatively enter – residents in Northern Ireland:
Northern Ireland residents can alternatively enter without purchase by sending their name, address (inc. postcode), telephone number and email address (if available), on a piece of paper to: Müller Corner Win a Family Holiday, Freepost MR9710, MR 9RE.

How to enter – residents in Republic of Ireland:
Same as above for residents in UK, however, Republic of Ireland residents must answer a qualifying question on the website correctly before entering the promotion.

Entrants must enter every day to be entered into each daily draw. Entrants will not be carried over into the following day’s draw. Any daily entries received after 05.00hrs will be placed into the next day’s draw. Only one entry allowed per person per day. Northern Ireland residents can only enter once per stamped envelope.
The first daily draw will take place on 06/07/09 at 05.00hrs. Draws will take place daily at 05.00hrs until the daily prize draw promotion closes at 05.00hrs on 05/10/09. However, there will be a final catch-all draw at 5am on 06/11/09 when one winner will be selected from entries received between 5am on 06/10/09 and 5am on 06/11/09. There will be a total of 93 draws.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or corrupted during delivery to or from the Promoter due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay or other reason whatsoever. All entries become the property of the Promoter. No entries can be returned or copied to the entrant.
Daily prize draws will be made at random under independent supervision. Winners will be notified by telephone within 3 days of each draw. If prize winners do not respond to the telephone call notifying them they are a winner within six weeks of the initial telephone call, this will result in their prize being forfeited and re-awarded in which case the new prize winner will be contacted as soon as possible after the re-draw. A re-draw will take place under the same terms and conditions as the original draw.
There are 93 prizes available. Each prize winner will receive 1 x £1000/€1000 voucher which can be redeemed at any participating Farm Stay UK property or Irish Farmhouse Holidays property (£1,000 voucher to be redeemed with Farm Stay UK and €1,000 voucher to redeemed with Irish Farmhouse Holidays). Farm Stay UK / Irish Farmhouse Holidays vouchers must be redeemed by 31/12/10 and properties are subject to availability at the time of booking. Vouchers can be used as payment towards a holiday or for multiple breaks to the value of £1000/€1000. It is the responsibility of the winner to contact Farm Stay UK / Irish Farmhouse Holidays to redeem the vouchers. Winners are advised to book holidays as much in advance as possible.
No cash or other alternative prize is available in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s discretion. The prize in whole or in part is non-transferable.
To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the promotion or use of any prize.
The Promoter does not take responsibility for, recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractual or other obligations of third parties associated with the prize and shall not be liable for any fraud committed by any third party.
The personal details of entrants will be used solely for the distribution of prizes and in order to make winners’ names and counties available for public inspection and not for future direct marketing purposes. The names and counties of prize winners will be available by sending a SAE to: Müller Corner Win Family Holiday, Freepost MR9710, MR 9RE between 09/11/09 and 30/11/09.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the terms and conditions. Entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
