The prize: The winners will join one of The Adventure Company’s five Desert Adventure tours in the southwest of Morocco, which enter the Sahara through the Draa Valley. Here, they’ll join a three-day camel trek – overnighting in Bedouin camps and exploring a range of desert landscapes, from lush oases to crumbling kasbahs and rolling dunes. At the end of the trek, they will then have a night in Marrakesh, followed by a tour of the city’s sights, including the Djemaa el Fna and the bazaars.
Included in the prize are return flights from London with Royal Air Maroc, transfers, accommodation in camps and hotels, some meals and the services of a guide. The holiday must be taken in 2009 and is subject to availability.
