Terms & Conditions: Montagne Jeunesse - Hairspray the Musical VIP Pamper Weekend

The Promoters of the Free Prize Draw ("Prize Draw") are Montagne Jeunesse International Ltd, Astral Court, Central Avenue, Baglan Energy Park, Port Talbot, SA12 7AX and Hairspray the Musical / aka Promotions Ltd, 115 Shaftesbury Avenue, Cambridge Circus, London, WC2H 8AF.
Information on "how to enter" and the prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be included in the Prize Draw.
1. Eligibility

1.1 The 'Montagne Jeunesse - Hairspray the Musical VIP Pamper Weekend' Prize Draw is open to all UK residents aged 12 years old or over except for employees, officers and families of Montagne Jeunesse International Group, Hairspray the Musical, their agencies or anyone professionally involved or connected with the promotion.
1.2 Entrants aged 12-17 years old are able to enter subject to obtaining parental/guardian consent and in the instance that an entrant aged 12-17 years old is selected as a Prize Draw winner, at least 1 adult aged 18 or over must claim and redeem the prize. When contacted, the Prize Draw winners must provide proof of age to the Promoters.
1.3 No purchase is necessary. Entry to the Prize Draw is free of charge.
3. How to enter

3.1 Entry is limited to one (1) entry per person during the stated entry period. Entries from the same individual, postal entry or e-mail received in excess of the limits stated herein will be automatically disqualified. The use of automated devices to enter the Prize Draw is prohibited. Any collusion with other entrants is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.
3.2 Entries must be received by registratants completing the 'Montagne Jeuensse - Hairspray the Musical VIP Pamper Weekend' Prize Draw form or by post to the Montagne Jeunesse head office. Entry is made by:

1. completing the 'Montagne Jeunesse - Hairspray the Musical VIP Pamper Weekend' Prize Draw form found online at www.montagnejeunesse.com/hairspray; or
2. by posting the entrant's full name, email address, postal address and telephone number to the Montagne Jeunesse head office address as detailed in paragraph 8 of the terms and conditions.

3.3 The Promoters are not liable for lost, late or misdirected entries.
4. Winner Selection / Prizes

4.1 One (1) first prize winner will be drawn randomly from all entries received during the promotional period on or around midday on the 7th December 2009.
4.1.1 One (1) first prize winner will receive the following prize:
A VIP Pampering Weekend to London for 4 to see Hairspray the Musical, which includes:

• Two night's bed and breakfast stay in two twin or double rooms in a 4 or 5 star central London Hotel. For the avoidance of doubt any additional hotel charges such as service or additional drinks etc. are the responsibility of prize winner.
• Four top price tickets to see Hairspray the Musical, one programme and one glass of champagne per person at the interval (please note that for any attendants below the age of 18 champagne will be replaced with a non alcoholic drink).
• Pampering treatments consist of four 1 day spa pass vouchers (To the value of £100) to a central London SPA, which includes full use of the facilites and treatments. Appointments are subject to availability.
• Pre-theatre dinner for four consists of a Bento Box from the Asia De Cuba pre theatre menu, and one bottle of house wine (in the event that at least one of the attendants is below the age of 18 one non-alcoholic drink per person under 18 and one glass of house wine to those over 18 years old will be provided). Any service changes are not included.
• Travel expenses will be paid up to the maximum value of £100 per person.
• Montagne Jeunesse products to consist of four sets of 1 year supply of Montagne Jeunesse pampering treats.

4.1.2 The prize shall be redeemed between January 4th and March 31st 2010 and is subject to availability.
4.2 Fifty (50) runner up prize winners will be drawn randomly from all entries received during the promotional period on or around midday on the 7th December 2009.
4.2.1 Fifty (50) runner up prize winners will receive the following prize:

• One (1) pair of tickets to see Hairspray the Musical in London for any Monday - Thursday performance subject to availability. All winners must make their own transport arrangements. No travel expenses will be paid.

4.2.2 The prize shall be redeemed between January 4th and March 31st 2010 and is subject to availability.

4.3 The odds of winning a prize in the Prize Draw will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the entry period. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of any prize shall be permitted, except that the Promoters reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event an offered prize is unavailable.
4.4 If any event prize is postponed for any reason, the prize will be valid for such other date on which the event is rescheduled. If the event is cancelled then the prize will be null and void.
4.5 If a winner is unable or does not want, for whatever reason, to accept a prize, the Promoters reserve the right to award the prize to another eligible entrant.
5. General Conditions

5.1 By entering the Prize Draw the entrant will be deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions.
5.2 All entrants agree to adhere to these terms & conditions at all times and by the decisions of the Promoters which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Prize Draw.
5.3 The winners will be notified within twelve (12) days after the drawing date via the contact information provided at the time of entry.
5.4 All winners must claim their prize within 2 weeks of attempted notification and may be required to provide proof of identification and/or parental/guardian consent. Non-compliance within this time period may result in the disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable or the failure to accept the prize within the specified time period may result in a disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
5.5 Entrants shall permit and grant to the Promoters the right to use and publish their full name and home town, in print and in any other media in connection with the Prize Draw. The winner may also be asked to participate in non paid publicity accompanying or resulting from the Prize Draw. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Promoters to use the winner's names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. The Promoters will not disclose any personal details to third parties unless required to do so by law.
5.6 The winners must agree to keep confidential any knowledge about the Promoters, their business and any personnel received by them pursuant to entering the Prize Draw. The use of a false name or address, i.e. name, by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
5.7 The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant from the Prize Draw if they have reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached the terms and conditions.
5.8 All taxes, insurances, transfers, spending money and other expenses, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the Prize Draw winners.
5.9 The Promoters (and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents) shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment of any kind suffered by any entrant entering, or being unable to enter the Prize Draw or as a result of accepting any prize or arising from or in connection with the Prize Draw or any prize won.
6. Internet

6.1 If for any reason the Promoter's website (as detailed in paragraph 3.2.1) is not capable of operating due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoters which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Prize Draw, the Promoters reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Prize Draw. In any such event, the Promoters, at their sole discretion, will select the winner from eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such termination, suspension or cancellation (as the case may be).
6.2 The Promoters shall not be responsible or liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
6.3 The Promoters shall not be responsible or liable for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoters on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the entrant's or any other person's computer (hardware or software) related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Prize Draw.
6.4 ANY ATTEMPT THAT IS MADE TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PRIZE DRAW IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE PROMOTERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
6.5 Entries will be declared made by the authorised account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. The "authorised account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational, institution, etc.) or entity that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
7. Winner List

Details of the respective winners of the Prize Draw will be made available on written request after 7 December 2009 by sending a SAE to:
