Prize redemption dates for which the activity will be taking place in Los Angeles, USA are valid for up to 6 months from the prize draw date for each winning territory. Dates excluded for travel are as follows: Christmas, Easter, National holidays, peak season.
All competition winners are required to hold a valid 10 year passport. Any children under 16 who are not included on a valid 10 year passport will need to hold their own passport when travelling abroad. The Organiser will not be held responsible for any loss or delay that may occur as a result of any passport or visa not being produced for travel.
It is the responsibility of the lead passenger to disclose facts about any passengers that may affect their ability to travel. Particular regard should be paid to the following:
1. Criminal offences (USA visitors: participants wishing to travel to the USA that who have any criminal records, including driving offences, must declare these at the time of booking);
2. Previous deportations from the country/countries that participants are visiting;
3. It is a condition of booking that the guest holds adequate insurance cover via a policy that offers the same or greater protection.
Winner’s specific passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements are winner’s responsibility and should be confirmed by participants with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the winner’s cannot travel because of non-compliance with any passport, visa or immigration requirements. Most countries now require passports to be valid for at least 6 months after the return date.
Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any applicant that does not act in accordance with these terms and conditions or eBay’s User Agreement and policies (found at www.ebay.co.uk).
Prize is as stated and cannot be modified. Any transfer, offer for sale or auction will render the Prize void. There is no cash alternative.

In the event of any circumstances, which in the promoter’s opinion make it necessary to suspend, change or cancel the prize draw, promoter reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel the prize draw at anytime. This includes the ability to substitute the prize, described above, with another prize that is of an equivalent or greater value, if necessary.
