Terms & Conditions – Free Prize Draw
1. To enter you must submit all details requested.
2. This free prize draw is open to all UK residents, with the exception of employees of Breakthrough Breast Cancer (“Breakthrough”).
3. Only one entry allowed per person per draw.
4. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
5. The prize draw will be made weekly and a new prize announced each week under the following timetable.

13th April – 19th April 20th April
20th April – 26th April 27th April
27th April – 3rd May 4th May
4th May – 10th May 11th May
11th May – 17th May 18th May
18th May - 25th May 26th May
Each day begins at 00:00:00 hrs and ends at 11:59:59 hrs.
6. There are no alternative prizes available and prizes are not transferable. The decision of Breakthrough is final and no communication will be entered into by Breakthrough.
7. Breakthrough is not responsible for non / late receipts of post or e-mail entries or for any associated costs to entrants.
9. Winners will be drawn at random.
10. Winners will be notified by email within 30 days from the closing date of the competition.
11. Entry in the free prize draw signifies acceptance of these rules. Breakthrough reserves the right to withhold or cancel prizes in the event of non-compliance with these rules. Breakthrough also reserves the right to amend the free prize draw rules at any time.
12. Breakthrough reserves the right to cancel the free prize draw at any stage without notice if Breakthrough, at their absolute discretion, deems it necessary.
13. Breakthrough is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998.
