Terms and Conditions for Viano and The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian prize draw.

Every person who is resident in the UK and plays the competition game (the "Game") on the Mercedes-Benz Viano promotional website www.mercedes-benz.com/narnia (the "Website"), will have the opportunity to enter a free prize draw (the "Draw"). Other free prize draws may be run by other members of the Daimler AG group for residents of other territories. Each entrant will be entered into the Draw to win one out of ten game consoles and Narnia games (the "Prizes"). The following terms and conditions apply to the Draw:

The Promoter is Mercedes-Benz UK Limited, Delaware Drive, Tongwell, Milton Keynes, MK15 8BA (the "Promoter").

1. To enter into the Draw for the Prizes you must visit the Website and play the Game.
2. At the end of the Game, you will be given the opportunity to submit your personal details and gain entry into the Draw. You must complete all the relevant and mandatory fields to obtain a valid entry. All entrants who have correctly completed their details will be entered into the Draw and will receive an email to confirm this.
3. No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are lost, delayed, misdirected or corrupted during delivery to or from the Promoter due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay or other reason whatsoever.
4. The Draw will be open for entry between 01/06/2008 ("Start Date") and 31/07/2008 ("Closing date"), and everyone who plays the Game during this period shall have the opportunity to enter the Draw.
5. Any entries received either before the Start Date and/or after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Draw.
6. All winners of the Prizes will be selected at random after the Closing Date. The selection of the winners will be conducted by the Promoter under the supervision of an independent observer, and the selection will be final.
7. Once the winners have been selected, they will be notified by email by 18/08/2008 and arrangements will be made for them to receive/claim their Prize. There is no cash alternative available.
8. Unsuccessful entrants will not be notified, but will be entitled to request a list of all winners by writing to the Promoter at the registered office of the Promoter (as shown above).
9. Any entrant and/or participant who has provided false or misleading information and/or has breached these terms and conditions will be immediately disqualified from this Draw. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold any Prize under this clause.
10. No purchase is necessary.
11. There is a limit of one entry per person.
12. The Draw is open to all UK residents over the age of 18 except employees of Mercedes-Benz UK and their relatives, and any employees of any of Group Company of Daimler AG of Stuttgart.
13. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive, remain in full force and effect.
14. Entry into the Draw shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
15. The winners agree to use of their name and image in any promotional activity following the Draw.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Draw at any time without notice.
17. The Competition shall be governed and construed and have effect in all respects in accordance with English Law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings arising out of or in connection with it.
