1. The closing date is the 30 September 2009

2. Entry to the prize draw is free and is limited to one entry per person/ household

3. Entrants must be 18 or over and resident in the UK

4. Employees of Manchester Airport Group, or anyone else professionally involved are excluded from this promotion. MAG reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants

5. Prize is 2 return tickets to Venive inc taxes and charges with Jet2.com. Flights are subject to availability.

6. The winner will be drawn at random by an independent observer. The winner will be contacted either by phone, email or in writing within 2 weeks of the closing date. The prize must be accepted within 14 day s of the date of notification, in the event of non acceptance within the specified period the prize awarded will be re-allocated to the next randomly drawn valid entry.

7. Prizes are not transferable. No cash or credit alternative prizes are offered. Manchester Airport Group reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control

8. The judge’s decision is final. Any correspondence will only be entered into at the discretion of the promoter

9. By entering this promotion, you agree to take part in any publicity relating to the competition if you are invited. By participating in this promotion, you grant the promoters permission to use your name and likeness and you confirm that you will obtain from any guest whom you invite permission for the promoters to use their name and likeness, for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited).

This prize includes 2 return flights from Manchester to Venice

This route start on the 22nd March 2010.

Flights must be booked by January 31st 2010 and taken by 31st October 2010.

Flights are subject to availability and may not be taken at peak periods such as bank/school Holidays.

A restricted number of free seats are available per flight, Jet2.com reserve the right to offer an alternative date/destination if this allocation is met.

Changes to names and travel dates are subject to the standard change fee plus any difference in fare as outlined in the airline’s general terms and conditions of carriage, which can be found on www.jet2.com.

Flights may be changed or cancelled by the airline for administrative reasons without prior notice. In accordance with our terms and conditions Jet2.com’s schedules are not guaranteed. Any changes will be notified via email.

One item of checked baggage is included per person.

Flights may not be exchanged for cash and may only be taken by the competition winner along with one other traveller.

Flights must be taken at the same time and are non-transferable.
