i didn't try it out when i collected, only when i got home. i have emailed the seller who says that what i describe is ok, but they are bound to say that aren't they. The chassis seems wobbly, especially the top of the long bars is wobbly and the seat moves forwards and backwards quite a lot - i am ok with this is how it is supposed to be. OH is despairing at me!!!

can you go into a baby shop, like mothercare, and ask for a demo, as a prospective buyer?
    Anytime;)

What do you mean that it is wobbly? Do you mean that the handles are still moving up and down? If this is so then the whole unit has not been locked down properly yet. You need to make sure the middle/centre/concertina-type lever is pushed right down and clicks. Then you lift the handles up again and they will click. The handles will be slightly loose though.

www.bebeconfort.com is their website so you could always contact them via their website if you wanted the instructions.

www.dorel.co.uk is the UK distributor for bebeconfort and they may be able to help you too. Unfortunately, I don't have my instructions here, as they are kept with the pushchair at my mum's as she cares for DS when I'm at work.

HTH post or PM me if you want further help.

I really don't mean to be rude but...

you bought a second-hand buggy for your baby yet you didn't check it out at the sellers house?

I would of thought as a priority, safety of your precious one is paramount!

I know horse has bolted after the stable door has been closed etc..

Like I said I don't mean this to sound rude...

But good luck and i really do hope you get this sorted out.

That's why she's not using it....we all make mistakes, and I'm sure she's already angry at herself without others' chipping in/rubbing it in!!

    She asked for help??
    Anytime;)
