From the news section on Uswitch.com:

1st August 2005: EDF group announce price rises for energy customers
The EDF Energy group , who own London Energy, Seeboard Energy and SWEB Energy, have announced the cost of their domestic gas will rise by approximately 15.9% (£60) and electricity by 10.8% (£30).
The price will come into effect from 5th August 2005 and will be applied to both new and existing customers.
The Online plans are unaffected by this price rise, and tariffs for the Capped price plans are protected until March 2007.

I've just bloody started a transfer to their Online Price Plan last week from Powergen. I'm not even with them yet and the prices are going up. Wonder how long it will be until the Online Prices go up as well?

Great another online price rise due then. They already put the prices up twice this year. First in March, which was only for new online customers. Then in June for existing (all?) online customers.
I'd like to know why we weren't told about LE's capped price plan, or isn't that an option for dual online customers?0
