1. The MOST HAUNTED LIVE competition (“Competition”) is open from 18:00 on 29 August 2008 until 24:00 on 13 September 2008 (“Competition Period”) and operated by Virgin Media Television Limited, 160 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5QA (“Virgin Media Television”) found at URL: https://www.mosthauntedlive.net.

2. The Competition is open to all UK and Eire residents aged 18 years and over, excluding employees, agents (or families of such employees or agents) of Virgin Media Television or anyone else connected with the administration of the Competition (“Players”).

3. By entering the Competition, all Players agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any Player who fails to abide by any of these Terms and Conditions, or fails to meet the entry criteria set out in paragraph 2 above, may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Virgin Media Television.

4. You may enter the Competition by:
(i) From 29 August 2008 to 31 August 2008 (1am): Players can enter by accessing the URL: https://www.livingtv.co.uk/competitions/.
(ii) From 29 August (18:00) to midnight on 3 September Players can enter by calling the following number: 0844 854 0336. (Calls cost £0.05p per minute from a BT landline. Costs from mobiles and other networks will be higher)
(iii) After 31 August (1am ) Players can still enter by accessing the URL: https://www.livingtv.co.uk/competitions/.

5. Players must correctly answer the following question: ‘By what name is the rail network running beneath London more commonly known’?’
A) The Pipe
The Tube
C) The Tunnel

6. Correct entries will go forward to a draw. There will be 2 (two) winning entry which will be the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries validly submitted (“Winners”) and 10 (ten) runners-up which will be the next 10 (ten) entries drawn at random from all eligible entries validly submitted (“Runners-Up”). The decision by Virgin Media Television as to the determination of the Winners and Runners-up shall be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Virgin Media Television accepts no responsibility for incomplete, lost, damaged, incomprehensible or indecipherable entries and all such entries shall be disqualified. Confirmation of sending an entry via phone or ETV is not proof of entry, nor does it constitute receipt. All entries must be received by Virgin Media Television by 24:00 on 13 September 2008 (“Closing Date”). No entries will be accepted after the Closing Date.

8. The Prize:
(i) The Winners will each receive:
• 2 (two) tickets to The London Bridge Experience which incorporates a tour of the London Bridge vaults and the recently excavated tombs.
• Standard class return rail travel to London from the winners’ closest station.
• First class accommodation in central London including breakfast based on 2 (two) people sharing.
• This part of the prize can be redeemed between 1 October 2008 and 31 March 2009 excluding all bank holidays.
• 1 (one) pair of tickets with priority seating at Most Haunted Live at Halloween on 31 October 2008.

(ii) The Runners-Up will each receive:
• 1 (one) pair of tickets with priority seating at Most Haunted Live at Halloween on 31 October 2008.
• 1 (one) pair of tickets to The London Experience.
• Travel and accommodation are not included as part of this prize.

Proof of age will be required before the Prize can be given. The Prize includes nothing other than that expressly stated to be included as part of the Prize. Players should be aware that the Prize may be subject to terms and conditions of third parties for which Virgin Media Television is not responsible or liable and by entering the Competition all Players are therefore deemed to have accepted and be bound by those terms and conditions.

9. The Winner and Runners-Up may be announced on the website: https://www.livingtv.co.uk and/or on-air. The Winner and Runners-Up will then be contacted by telephone within 7 (seven) days of the end of the Competition Period. In the event that a Winner or Runner-Up fails to confirm acceptance of the Prize within 3 (three) days of receiving notification, then Virgin Media Television reserves the right to substitute them with another Player of its choice.

10. The Prize is non-transferable, subject to availability and there is no cash alternative. Virgin Media Television may substitute an alternative of the same or comparable value if it, in its sole discretion, deems necessary.

11. The name and county of the Winner and Runners-Up can be obtained by writing to Virgin Media Television at the address set out in paragraph 1 (above), enclosing a stamped addressed envelope, or by visiting the website https://www.livingtv.co.uk.

12. The Winner and Runners-Up agree to participate in such reasonable publicity as may be requested by Virgin Media Television. The Winner and Runners-Up agree to the publication of their respective name and county as referred to in paragraph 11 above.

13. The details that you provide in connection with the Competition will be held by Virgin Media Television. Your name, address, location, email address and other relevant information you provide will only be used by Virgin Media Television for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the Competition and Prize draw and to arrange the Prize unless you consent otherwise. Other information provided will be aggregated in the form of statistics to identify trends and your name will remain anonymous.

14. As far as permitted by law (but not including liability personal injury or death arising from its negligence) Virgin Media Television excludes all liability in connection with the Competition or the Prize awarded or not awarded in connection with the Competition.

15. Virgin Media Television reserves the right to modify or vary the Competition and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time.

16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising.
