ELIGIBILITY: This draw is open to any person resident in the United Kingdom who is eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Microsoft or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible.
TO ENTER: Visit http://www.msnxmas.co.uk/ (the "Website") and click "Enter Here" button to begin and you will then be prompted to take three (3) chances to choose a present under a Christmas tree to determine if you are a winner. You may do this each calendar day of the Promotion Period. On any given calendar day of the Promotion Period, if you navigate away from the Website before you have taken your three (3) chances to choose a present, when you return that same calendar day you will be able to take any remaining chances.

If you want to tell a friend about this Website, and you are certain they want you to forward such a communication which will be confirmed by them visiting the Website, you may do so and you will receive three (3) bonus chances for each friend you tell, up to a three (3) friends each calendar day of the Promotion Period. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winners will be picked on an instant win basis at a random time selected by an independent adjudicator once each calendar day of the Promotion Period. Only one (1) Prize Per person. Winners will be notified instantly after choosing the winning present under the Christmas tree and will be prompted to enter their email address and telephone number (the "Contact Details") to claim their prize. The winner will then receive a return email confirming their win and their prize which they will need to respond to immediately, following the instructions provided, to complete the claim of their prize.
