Slow Cookers - The mini index

The Slow Cooker Mini Index

We have such a number of threads dealing with various aspects of slow cookers that we have collected them into the three main groups that you see listed below.

There's a certain amount of cross-over but over all it should make it a little easier for people to find the sort of information they want.

We'll leave this mini index as a sticky for a while and then add it into the box for Slow Cookers in our main Indexed Collections sticky that you can reach through the blue bar at the top of every page.

    Bless you Squeaky

Just got my first SC this week - you've made it really easy for me to get started.

    Cheers

Nice to see this in practice. :) I thought it was a good idea when Pink-winged first suggested it.

Bit more work for the Board Guides (Squeaky ?) to sort out unfortunately but much easier to get info on this subject now.

Big pat on the back to you all.

It really was a joint effort - it's about time Pink stepped up to take a bow. :)

I've got enough indexes to update now to keep me occupied all week. :)

There's a bit more organisation work to do yet. The Indexed Collection sticky is a bit unwieldy so I'm thinking that the Recipe Collections could be listed each as a single and direct link right at the top of the Cooking Section of the MEGA Index and the Zillions one directly at the top of the Cleaning section and so on.

That would give us just one Index Post with one-step direct links to everything.

The forum is busier than ever so none of this will happen all at once but as I catch up with everyone I'll be tidying up :)

    Thanks squeaky,

I'm glad everyone likes the idea. I really quite enjoyed looking through all the old slow cooker threads yesterday.......I've got lots of new recipe ideas now! :)

The two threads "Buying" and "Using" are now listed in the Slow Cooker box of our Indexed Collections and I'll be unsticking this thread later today.
