Terms & Conditions – "Star TV and Sky TV Win Tickets To The IIFA Awards" Prize Draw

This Prize Draw is open to all UK legal residents aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required. Employees (or family members of employees) of any British Sky Broadcasting Group company("Sky") or STAR Advertising Sales Ltd ("STAR TV"), or any companies associated with the promotion of this Prize Draw,), and all sponsors and affiliates of such companies are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
To enter this Prize Draw, all you need to do is fill in the required information on the reverse of the Prize Draw entry form ("Entry Form") available from selected Sky retail stands ("SRS Stands") or enter via the website www.sky.com/asiantv. All completed Entry Forms must be placed into the drop-in boxes in participating SRS Stands or submitted through the web page.
The Prize Draw opens at midday 13th May 2009 and all Entry Forms must be received by Sky by midday on 25th May 2009.
Only one Entry Form per person is permitted. Late, incomplete or otherwise ineligible entries will be disqualified.
1 grand prize winner and 5 runners up from each of the 3 collection zones (North, South and Midlands) ("Collection Zones") will be selected at random by an independent person from all correct and eligible entries received, on or around 27th May 2009, from all the entries received in the relevant Collection Zones. The winners will be notified via the contact details as provided in these terms and conditions by 29th May 2009.
The grand prize winners will each receive: 2 return economy airline tickets from London to [Hong Kong] with boat transfers to Macau, 5* hotel accommodation (in a twin or double room, with breakfast) for 4 nights in Macau, 2 tickets to attend the IIFA Awards in Macau scheduled to be held from 11 to 13 June 2009 and £1000 spending money. The 5 runners-up from each of the Collection Zones will each receive an iPod Classic with preloaded Sky and/or STAR TV content.
The choice of airline, dates of travel, hotel and tickets to the IIFA will be determined by Sky in its sole and absolute discretion.
The winners and their travelling companions must (i) travel together on the same itinerary (on the same date, flight, hotel, depart from and return to the same airport); (ii) have a valid passport and visa (if required) prior to departure; (iii) be responsible for compliance with the applicable immigration laws and/or foreign exchange control regulations, etc.
There is no cash alternative to the prizes. The prizes are non-refundable and non transferable.
All ancillary costs associated with the receipt or use of the prizes, whether direct and/or indirect, including without limitation taxes, visa costs and arrangements, transfers to and from destinations, transportation, meals, foreign duties, insurance, etc, are the sole responsibility of the winners.
Sky reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute the prizes or any component of the prize with alternative prize(s) for reasons beyond its control.
Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, Sky, Star TV, their associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities of any nature whatsoever arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the Prize Draw and/or the prizes beyond their control and for any act or default by any third party.
The terms and conditions of any other third party supplier(s) will also apply to the prizes where applicable. If there is a conflict between such third party terms and conditions and the Terms herein, these terms shall take precedence.
The Promoter will not be liable for any prizes that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
If the winners cannot be contacted within twenty-four (24) hours or are not able or available to accept their prize for any reason then the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.
Sky's decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with the Terms will be disqualified.
Details of the prize winners’ first name and county will be available for one month after the close of this promotion by writing to the Promoter at the address below and stating the name and date of the promotion.
The name, county and photograph of the winners may be used by Sky, its associated companies and STAR TV for post-event publicity purposes. The winners agree to allow Sky, its associated companies and STAR TV to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration.
With regards to data protection, in addition to the use specified above, Sky will use each selected winner’s, and each entrant’s, personal details for the purpose of administering this Prize Draw. By entering this Prize Draw, you agree that Sky, our business partners and STAR TV may use the details you give us to contact you about their respective products and services.
Sky may refuse or disqualify any entrant (including winners) if the entrant concerned or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in a way towards Sky, STAR TV, Prize Draw associated companies which they reasonably consider to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the selected winner is disqualified Sky reserves the right to award the prize to selected winner.
This Prize Draw, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Prize Draw.

This was more of a trip to Macau. You just pass thru Hong Kong on your way to Macau.
