    Free Sample Request has been suspended due to the service being abused by customers not interested in tea but requesting samples because they are free.

    For those of you, who are genuine and would like to try specific teas, please place a small order and include in the comments any teas that you would like to try.

    We will continue to include FREE samples with every order.

    Ouch. someone isn't happy. Do they not realise the point of free samples, to promote business. I often buy from companies after sampeling a freebie that I otherwise wouldn't have.
