To nominate your Dad for Father of the Year just write in and tell us (in 300 words or less) about your relationship with your father and why he deserves the Father of the Year award.

Here's how it works

Once you've sent us the reasons why your dad should be Father of the Year, Kodak and My Child will then select 10 lucky finalists who win a Kodak Zi6 Pocket Video Camera.
Using the video camera, we want you to film a short video (3 minutes or less) to bring your entry to life and really capture the briliant relationship you share with your Dad! Videos must be submitted by August 21 2009 - we'll tell you how, once you're selected.
One of the 10 finalists will then be selected to win the grand prize – an all expenses paid trip for two to the Children’s Miracle Network Golf Classic in Orlando, Florida!
