Edit: I think you have to answer the two questions before you log in

First, answer the questions:
Do you colour your hair?
If you do colour your hair at home, which brand do you use most frequently?

Then agree to terms and log in :D

    I filled in the two questions first, and ticked the t&c, then filled in my log in name and password, pressed log in and got the above message.
    We could all learn a little something from the weather. It pays no attention to criticism.

    I just managed to do this by logging out aswering the 2 questions then logging in at the bottom. It said 'thank you for entering' xx

    Same problem here until I clicked on compatability view (Vista) then the login boxes appear and I was able to enter - hope this helps

    That's weird. I'm using firefox and worked perfectly for me.
