Kellogg’s Wake Up Work Out Challenge Terms and Conditions

• NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, successfully complete 1 x Kellogg’s Wake Up Work Out Challenge, then fill in your details on the online entry form and click the submit button. You will then be automatically entered into the draw. Full instructions on how to play the Wake Up Work Out Challenge can be found at www.kelloggs.co.uk/wakeup/wake-up-work-out-challenge.
• The draw is open to residents of the UK, CI, IoM and RoI. Entrants must be 16 or over, or have parental permission, to enter.
• Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied on the break by either a parent or legal guardian.
• The draw excludes employees (and their families) of Kellogg’s, Microsoft, their agencies or any other company or person professionally connected with the promotion.
• Each entry must be on the official online entry form. Kellogg’s will not accept responsibility for any entries lost or delayed in transmission.
• There are a maximum of 3 entries per email address. 1 entry for each level of the Wake Up Workout challenge (Gold, Silver and Bronze).
• Entries close on 30th October 2008 and 4 winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified by telephone or email within 2 weeks of the closing date. There will be 1 further draw on the 30th October 2009 for 1 winner from all entries received between 31st October 2008 and 30th October 2009 inclusive and that winner will also be notified by telephone or email within 2 weeks of the later closing date.

• Return transport to London Heathrow, Dublin or Belfast airport is the responsibility of the winner.
• The winner is responsible for any additional expenses, including all incidentals, not listed as part of the prize package above.
• If the winner is aged under 18 years the responsibility for arranging the prize, and allocation of any spending money / travel allowance, rests with their parent or legal guardian.
• Winners must make bookings at least 30 days prior to preferred departure dates.
• The 4 x New York breaks won in 2008 are valid until 30th October 2009. The 1 x New York break won in 2009 is valid until 30th October 2010. All breaks exclude Christmas, New Year and Easter. Travel is subject to date availability.
• Winners and guests must be in possession of a valid 10-year passport, and must have a minimum of 90 days validity for the duration of the prize break.
• Winners and guests must be in possession of any applicable visas.
• The winners are able to extend their trip at their own expense.
• No cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the travel provider reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.
• The promoter will take all reasonable steps to contact winners (by telephone and email) but in the event of failure to do so within 28 days it reserves the right at its absolute discretion to award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time.
• A representative of Kellogg’s will liaise directly with the winners to organise prize details.
• The winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from the promotion.
• The winners’ names and counties can be obtained in writing from Julie Garner, Blue Chip Marketing, Manchester, M2 5WR. By entering this prize draw winners consent to these details being disclosed.
