As stated on the previous thread it may not let you enter straight away, you have to wait 90 days between entries

1.You must be aged 18 years or over. 2.You may only enter once, multiple entries will not be eligible. 3.No quote or purchase necessary. Entries may only be submitted online. Closing date for entries is January 31st 2009. 4.We will enter the names of all eligible applicants into a free prize draw which will take place by February 15th 2009 and the first name we draw will be the winner of one Hitachi LCD TV. The TV shown is not necessarily the one you will receive. 5.We accept no responsibility if your entry is not properly completed. 6.Our decision is final in all matters relating to the draw. We will not enter into any correspondence with you about it. 7.We will notify the prize winner by post or by phone within 10 days of the draw taking place. 8.You can obtain the result of the draw by sending a stamped self addressed envelope to us at the address below. 9.You are not eligible for entry if you are associated in any way with the draw. This includes our employees or agents and those of our subsidiaries or other group companies and any participating organisations and members of their families. 10.You must accept any prize as offered. There is no cash alternative. 11.Your entry implies your acceptance of the rules as being final and legally binding. 12.The promoter of the draw is Hitachi Capital Consumer Finance, 2 Apex View, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS11 9BH.

Umm dipsy read post 2 hun, you can only enter once every 90 days, the last draw only ended today.
