Terms and Conditions
1. This instant win is open to consumers aged 12 (twelve) years or over who are residents located in Great Britain, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man only, excluding employees and their immediate families of Coca-Cola Great Britain, Coca-Cola Enterprises Limited, agencies and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

2. To participate you will need to have a 'Coke Zone' account and a sufficient point balance. Each entry costs 2 points which will be debited from your balance on entry. There are no limits on the number of entries per account. To get an account please register. If you already have a 'Coke Zone' account you will need to log in. To get points, please enter the codes printed directly on the bottle behind the label on specially marked 500ml and 2L bottles of 'Coca-Cola', 'diet Coke' and 'Coke Zero' made by Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd.

3. The Instant Win will run from 05/11/08 until 30/11/08 and the draws will be instant.

4. The winners will be selected at random under independent supervision. The winners will be informed by email within 2 days.

5. There are 4,500 Prizes each consisting of 1x JD Sports Gift Voucher worth £5 valid until 17/12/08 and any balance thereafter will be reduced to nil. Gift Voucher is valid in any JD or JD Sports store within the UK and Jersey. Gift Voucher can be used on full or part payment payment for any goods being purchased in particitpating stores - to find your closest participating store please see www.jdsports.co.uk. The issuer or the seller cannot be held liable for any lost, damaged or stolen Vouchers or Vouchers used without the permission of the owner or any outstanding balances relating to such cards. Please treat your Voucher as cash. The Prize must be accepted as offered and is not transferable or severable. No cash or other alternative will be offered in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or any element of the Prize with one of equivalent or greater value.

6. The Winners will be required to complete their address details on 'My Account' within 3 days of receiving the email confirming their win.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Instant Win as necessary due to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control or as a result from any production errors or where there has been error(s) in any aspect of the preparation for or conduct of the Instant Win.

8. The Promoter will not be held liable to any participant or winner for any third party failures beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to fraud.

9. All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in relation to the Prize and/or the Instant win are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the Promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or howsoever in connection with any loss, damage or injury which is suffered as a direct or indirect result of the Prize and/or the Instant Win except that the Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of the negligence of the Promoter.

10. The Prize Winners agree to take part in any reasonable publicity required. Please note that in processing the winners' information the Promoter may disclose the information to other companies in its group or to third parties employed by the Promoter.

11. The Instant Win engine will be audited by Enable and the Promoter's decision is final.

12. The Promoter shall not be held liable for system failures. Neither can we be held responsible for the failure to fulfil obligations of any third parties involved in this Promotion, although we will endeavour to minimise the effect to the participants of such failure.

13. Conduct of participation. By entering this Instant Win, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the 'Coke Zone' and Instant Win Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to process an entry or fulfil any Prize awarded or disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the code redemption process or the operation of the Promotion or website, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.

14. This Promotion is subject to the Privacy Policy.

15. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters.
