Win £100 to spend at Waitrose and enjoy British seasonal food

From Lincolnshire Plum Bread to Cornish Sardines, Welsh Lamb to Yorkshire Rhubarb, Sussex Fruit Cakes to Berkshire Blackberries, Nottinghamshire Carrots to Scottish Beef, Norfolk Ice Cream to Welsh Shiitake Mushrooms and Worcestershire Asparagus - some of the highest quality food in the world is produced in Britain and Waitrose is proud to have many of country's best producers as their suppliers.

Waitrose is committed to bringing you the very best produce from your localities, and giving a boost to small, rural producers at the same time. Most British regions are home to small producers making fantastic foods, such as speciality breads, ice cream, pies and beers. These small-scale companies cannot make enough produce to sell nationally - quality, rather than quantity, is their focus. Quality is Waitrose focus too, and they have selected the best of these little gems to sell in local Waitrose branches.

Almost half of Waitrose branches also now have a regional fruit and vegetable offer which is clearly labelled and gives you the opportunity to support local farmers, as well as enjoying the best of British food in season.

Just answer a simple question for your chance to win £100 of delicious British seasonal food from Waitrose.

You can also enter free via post with your answer to "Waitrose Vouchers, UKTV FOOD, PO BOX 6251, LONDON W1A 5AA" please include your telephone number and postal address. You must be over 18 and a UK resident to enter.

Competition closes at 5pm this Friday and all postal entries must be received no later than the following Wednesday. Results will be available on the website and on air.
