These small-scale companies cannot make enough produce to sell nationally - quality, rather than quantity, is their focus. Quality is Waitrose focus too, and they have selected the best of these little gems to sell in local Waitrose branches.

Almost half of Waitrose branches also now have a regional fruit and vegetable offer which is clearly labelled and gives you the opportunity to support local farmers, as well as enjoying the best of British food in season.

Competition closes at 5pm this Friday and all postal entries must be received no later than the following Wednesday. Results will be available on the website and on air.

Will try and find out.

The answer is Prince Scallop, but i know this has been posted here before, i will see if i can find it!!!

Found King & Queen - no Prince - so hopefully that's the answer -)
