I ordered some products last Wednesday and used this code. The discount was taken off, but I didn't get a sample pack with my order.Disappointed, as I'm usually impressed with their service.

I didn't get my sample pack and when I contacted customer services over a week ago I didn't even get a response. Bad customer service is a serious pet peeve of mine so I won't be using them again, especially as Lookfantastic is quite a bit cheaper than they are.

I nearly bought the stuff from Lookfantastic, but went with HQ mainly to get the discount and the sample pack.The stuff I bought was a present for my mum, so I can't send it back for a refund and buy through Lookfantastic.I've spent loads of money with HQ in the past, new straighteners etc and have not been disappointed. I have emailed HQ, but I won't hold my breath for a goodwill gesture!Oh well, a lesson learnt I suppose!

Same here. I ordered some stuff through HQ hair purely for the discount and the free sample pack. Didn't receive the sample pack which was bl***y annoying. Tried to contact CS also but no reply from them :mad:

I had a reply from a lady called Dympna at HQhair, and she said my samples will be with me within 24-48 hours.Katie_Boo and LadyInBlack, try emailing again. It's worth a go!

Great rachyerbs, I emailed them again yesterday morning after reading this thread because I reminded myself how annoyed I was! No response yet but I'll keep my fingers crossed, I love free samples and thats the only reason I chose them over look fantastic.

Hey guys just read this thread again, sorry to hear you've been having problems too! I ordered a cream from them and got the discount but no sample so I emailed them straight away and got a reply from Dympna (the following day) as well and then got my sample pack the next day!

Just email them coz all they have to do is check the invoice and it clearly states "free sample pack"!!

Hope you all got your sample packs! It's worth it as there are lots of samples including a fair few of Dermalogica! No Kerastase samples in my pack though...

I had problems too.

The sample pack wasn't with my order. E-mailed and got prompt reply saying they would send it. Next day I go duplicate order. E-mailed, no answer, e-mailed again still no answer finally sent another and got a reply. Stating they were sending sample pack and pre-paid envelope for me to send duplicate order back. These arrived and so it was all ok in the end so keep on at them.
