So did I - on the confirmation page though you can click on a link to answer more questions (each question answered is worth another entry). I think there are 5 different questions at the moment - at the end it did say check back for more questions.

I answered question after question, but it never asked for my details. Then it said I had answered all the suvey questions and thanked me and that was that!
