home of research - payment query

hi guys,

have been with home of research for a few months and have been enjoying their surveys, they add the points to your account instantly and they're quite frequent

i hit my £20 payout at the start of november and they said cheques would be posted at the end of the month, ive not had mine yet for november and have sent them two emails - both of which they've not replied to

has anyone else had problems with payments from this site or know any other contact details for them? I have been emailing [EMAIL="enquiries@homeofresearch.com"]enquiries@homeofresearch.com[/EMAIL]. is there a governing body out there I could mention to kick them into a reply?

its weird that if i email them to report a fault with a link on a survey they email me straight back thanking me, but when i query my £20 they just ignore me....

    I havent had any probs with them had a cheque few months ago which came within 14 days, nearly due another now:D

    i guess that's proof then that they do payout

    ive just found another email address - [EMAIL="team@homeofresearch.com"]team@homeofresearch.com[/EMAIL] so have tried that and will keep my fingers crossed. does anyone else have any more contacts there, names, emails or even phone numbers?

    I too have applied for a cheque in October for £41.00 and im still waiting. Ive emailed and no replies either.

    what's your next step? i guess you're more worried about your £41 than I am about my £20? to be honest i had intended to let mine build up a bit more but i thought no, i'll get something asap and see how quick they are :rolleyes: :rotfl:

    I applied 19th october for £27.50 and not had it yet,i havnt contacted them though,will let you guys know when i get it :)

    I applied for £33 at the beginning of November but still haven't received my cheque.
    I emailed them a week or so ago but they haven't replied :confused:

    I received a cheque from Home of Research about a month ago. Took about 7 weeks to come though.

    have just this minute received a reply to my original email from a week ago, it's been sent from [EMAIL="surveys@funkyfogeypanel.com"]surveys@funkyfogeypanel.com[/EMAIL] (whoever they are), anyway this is what they've said;
    Dear Member,

    Apologies for the delay in replying.

    Please note that you would receive your cheque within 2-6 weeks from the date of redemption.

    If you do not receive the cheque by this period, please mail me along with the following details;

    1) The date when you requested the cheque.
    2) The total points redeemed
    3) The total amount when you converted the points
    4) Complete postal address
    5) User name and the email address that you have registered with us
    6) Your complete name

    Having these details we will look in to the matter further.

    Also, please reply without deleting the history of the mail.

    only problem is i redeemed the cash 07/11/07 so they've got one week before i email back saying it's been six weeks :rolleyes:
