    1. This promotion is open to all UK, CI, IoM and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over. Entry excludes employees and their immediate families of VisitScotland/visitscotland.com, their agencies and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
    2. Only one entry per household will be accepted for the prize draw.
    3. Closing date for receipt of entries for the prize draw is 2/12/2007.
    4. The winner will be notified by email by 3/12/2007.
    5. The winner will be the first entry drawn by VisitScotland under independent supervision.
    6. VisitScotland's decision is final and no dispute will be entered into.
    7. The prize includes four nights stay at the luxury Royal Garden Apartments for four people (champagne and chocolates in your room!), tickets to the Concert in the Gardens (including street party pass), dinner at Tigerlily on the 30th December, and Edinburgh Passes. VisitScotland will also contribute up to £100 per person to the cost of travel expenses.
    8. Travel expenses reimbursement relies upon the winner claiming back money with valid receipts. (Send them to the address in term 12).
    9. No cash alternative or other prize is available.
    10. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
    11. Entry into the prize draw requires the consumer to provide their contact details.
    12. The prize-winner’s name and county will be made available by sending a SAE to ‘VisitScotland Hogmanay Competition’, Equator, Sovereign House, 58 Elliott Street, Glasgow, G3 8DZ.
