1) The prize draw is open to customers and non-customers aged 18 or over who are UK residents. The draw is not open to employees of John Brown Group or The Royal Bank of Scotland Group of companies, their families or anyone associated with this draw. One entry per person.
(2) Entries are not returnable. Entries must be submitted to Sense by post or email by 1 December 2008. No purchase necessary. Alternatively, enter these details online at nwsense.com.
(3) Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting or sending by email will not be accepted as proof of entry.
(4) The winner will be selected at random from all entries received by 1 December 2008. The prize will be drawn on 5 December 2008. Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative available.
(5) The prize is tickets for two adults and two children to see High School Musical: The Ice Tour at the O2 arena in London. The winner has a choice of dates: the 24th, 26th, 27th, 28th or 29th of December 2008, subject to availability. Winners are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the O2 arena. The prize does not include refreshments.
(6) The winner will be notified within seven days after the draw by telephone. The winner's name and county of residence will be available on request by calling 020 7565 3256 or by sending a SAE to Sense magazine, John Brown, 136-142 Bramley Road, London, W10 6SR, 14 days after the draw date. The winner agrees to take part in publicity in connection with this prize draw. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice. The winner's details may be used for publicity purposes.
