To enter the Competition an Entrant must:

Go online to www.heart.co.uk and register their recipe/top tip and their details. Submission of entries via online for Monday 18th May & Tuesday 19th May’s competition will open at 05:00 on Wednesday 13th May 2009 and close at 3pm on Friday 15th May 2009.

Submission of entries via online for Wednesday 20th May’s competition will open at 05:00 on Wednesday 13th May 2009 and close at 3pm on Monday 18th May 2009.

Submission of entries via online for Thursday 21st May’s competition will open at 05:00 on Wednesday 13th May 2009 and close at 3pm on Tuesday 19th May 2009.

Submission of entries via online for Friday 22nd May’s competition will open at 05:00 on Wednesday 29th April 2009 and close at 12pm on Wednesday 20th May 2009.

In order to win the daily prize Monday to Thursday a listener must be one of the shortlisted 2 recipes displayed on the website. This shortlist will be decided by a Heart judging panel based and the judges’ decision is final.

The shortlisted 2 entrants will then be displayed at www.heart.co.uk and listeners will be asked to rate them daily, the top rating entrant will win the daily prize Monday to Thursday.

Friday’s winner will be selected from all the entries received through the duration and judged by Jamie Oliver whose decision is final.

Eligibility:

Prize winners must be aged 18 years or over. Employees of Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd, their immediate families, agents and anyone else professionally associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.

Prize winners must be available to speak to the mid-morning presenter between 10-1pm each day of the competition (i.e. Monday 18th May 2009 – Friday 22nd May 2009)



Prize:

• The winners on Monday 18th May 2009, Wednesday 19th May 2009, Thursday 20th May 2009 will receive a Sainsbury’s shopping giftcard worth £140. This voucher must be reddemed insotre by 31st December 2009. It may not be used online. There is no cash alternative to the stated prize.

• The winner on Friday 21st May 2009 will receive a Sainsbury’s shopping giftcard worth £5,000. The voucher must be redeemed with one year of date of issue. It may not be used online. There is no cash alternative to the stated prize.
