01. The prize draw is open only to UK residents who are under the age of 16 years as of 18/02/08.

02. It is not open to employees or families ofthe Promoter, their agents, employees of any 3rd party companies involved with the promotion.

03. Entry to the prize draw is by way of our website only. Entrants must answer all questions once and fully comply with the instructions on our website to qualify for the prize draw.

04. Incomplete questionnaires will not be eligible for entry. Information submitted by entrants must be true and accurate.

05. When the questionnaire is transmitted over the Internet it is beyond the control of the Promoter and it is therefore transmitted at the risk of the entrant. The Promoter shall not be liable for the actions of any third parties in the course of transmission.

06. Questionnaires must be received by the Promoter by 15/02/08. Only entries received by 15/02/08 will qualify for the prize draw.

07. The first 1000 people to respond will win.

08. The prizes will consist of a 1000 x HARIBO Starmix 175g bag.

09. Only the winners will be notified. For a list of winners, send a SAE to Band & Brown Communications, 57a Jamestown Road, Camden, London, NW1 7DB, available from 01/03/08.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value at any time.

11. The Prizes will be sent to the winners by 01/03/08.

12. The prizes are non-transferable and no cash, or other alternatives will be offered.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to publicise winning entrants (including an individual’s name and photograph). All entrants must therefore agree to participate in any such publicity.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the questionnaire at any given time.

15. The Promoter’s decision as to any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or results of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. This questionnaire must not be used for any purpose other than participating in the prize draw.

17. The Promoter owns all intellectual property rights in the questionnaire.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of the prize draw at any time without prior notice, provided that it acts reasonably in so doing and that any changes are posted on this website.

19. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any applicant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the applicant has failed to comply with any of these terms and conditions.

20. These terms and conditions are not intended to give rise to binding contractual obligations.
