Best Soup with Goose Stock

What soup do you make with your goose stock? I thought I might make a soup for Hogmonay and freeze it but as I've never had goose before I'm at a bit of a loss - though I'm hoping it'll make a lovely rich stock.

Talking about stock, I've got it coming out of my ears (well fridge, and not counting what is already in the freezer) - lamb, ham and chicken. My DH thinks I'm mad and keeps saying "just throw the bones out until you've finished what you've got" but I know it'll be useful one day - probably when the credit card bill comes in January and we have to live on soup for a month or so (but he doesn't know that yet).

Only disaster so far today was when making raspberry coulis earlier and used icing sugar instead of castor but hopefully it'll be fine, if a bit sweet when I add the correct sugar.

Merry Christmas to you all.
