Terms and Conditions
This competition is open to all UK, Isle of Man, Channel Island and Republic of Ireland residents.
The prize draw is open to readers of Sky News Online who are over 16 and who live in the UK.
To enter you will need to answer our question correctly and submit it to newsonline@bskyb.com with "Google Phone Competition" in the subject line, together with your details (name, phone number and address).
The closing date of the competition is Friday, November 7, 2008 at midnight (GMT).
Handset will be supplied with a Pay As You Go SIM card, and will be locked to the T-Mobile network.
The prize draw isn't open to T-Mobile employees, contractors, their family or friends, or British Sky Broadcasting employees, contractors, their family or friends.
Each eligible entry will be automatically entered into a prize draw.
The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your email. Only one entry per person and/or per email address.
We may post the winners' names on the Sky News website.
In the week after the prize draw has finished Sky News will pick one winner at random from all the correct entries and they will be contacted by phone.
If the winner can't take the call, a message will be left to get in touch within two working days. If they do not respond, a redraw will take place and another winner will be chosen.

There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize is non-refundable.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of them) for another prize if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
The Promoter's decision is final and legally binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions may be disqualified.
By entering this prize draw, you also agree that the personal data you provide to us can be used and shared with other T-Mobile companies and selected third parties for marketing purposes. They will continue to send this information until you opt-out at by emailing webmaster@t-mobile.co.uk.
