Firstplus success

Hi
We have been told that Firstplus are going to refund us our PPI plus interest which is great news currently we are in maybe 1.5 months worth of arrears which we have come to an arrangement with Firstplus that at the end of 6 on time payments they will capitalize into the balance of the loan we have about 3 more payments to make before this will happen.
Are Firstplus likely to take the arrears out of the PPI payment or seeing as we are in an agreement let that take effect and repay us all we are owed, obviously this 1.5 months arrears will include the PPI payments.

Hopefully someone who have had dealings with these in the same situation as yourself will post up.
However, although all banks vary etc, if there are any arrears, they may refund what is owed on to that and the remainder should be refunded back to you by a cheque.

Yeah great news i am really pleased.
Just don't take no for an answer they rejected us first time until in insisted they took it higher then we received a acceptance letter, which funnily enough went missing in the post for a month.
